The Gien China Crate & Barrel Les Tartes Salad/Dessert Plates Set of 4 is a vintage French pottery collection featuring a round shape and a glossy finish. The decorative Les Tartes pattern in multi-color adds an elegant touch to the plates, making them perfect for all occasions. Hand wash only to preserve the original printed backstamp and the authenticity of the pieces. Made in France in the late 20th century, these almost 8" plates are a stylish addition to any table setting. These plates have some crazing. The blue & pink have what seems to be a crack on the back, but it does not go through to front. Pink on has a chip underneath. See photos. Perfectly imperfect and sold as is. Still display beautiful and functional.
